Applications can be faxed to 1-818-538-7555 – 24 hours per day.
Recently submitted applications will be available to view in your agent portal within 3 business days.

Cut-Off Information

Cut-off deadlines at Advantage Plus for Medicare Advantage, PDP and in some case Medicare Supplement submissions is 5 PM on the last business day of the month.

Applications to be submitted after this time must be sent directly to the carrier according to the instructions located in your back-office portal.

WARNING: Failure to comply with the posted document “Cut-Off Procedures.pdf” could result in un-commissionable submission.
Be sure to confirm the details specific to the carrier in question.
